Booking Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Royal Lash, you agree to the following policies. Please read carefully to ensure a seamless experience.


1. Scheduling & Deposits

  • Bestie Deals & Promotions: Discounted services require full payment at booking (non-refundable).
  • Standard Appointments: A $5 deposit (applied to your service) is required to secure your slot.
  • Rescheduling: Deposit transfers once with 24+ hours’ notice.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late Cancels (<24 hours): Lose deposit or pay 50% of service fee.
  • No-Shows: Forfeit deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings.
  • Emergencies: Contact us immediately to discuss options (documentation may be required).

3. Late Arrivals

  • Arriving >15 minutes late may result in:
    • Shortened service (full charge applies), OR
    • Rescheduling (late cancel fee applies).

4. Refunds & Service Guarantee

  • Deposits: Non-refundable but transferable (see above).
  • Dissatisfaction: Contact us within 48 hours for a fix (no cash refunds).
  • Allergies/Patch Tests: Disclose allergies beforehand. We’re not liable for reactions if patch tests are declined.

5. Bestie Deal Terms

  • Limited to one deal per client. Cannot combine with other offers.
  • Valid only for booked services—no walk-ins.

6. Children & Guests

  • No children/unaccompanied minors in the studio.
  • 1 guest max per client (must wait in designated area).
